Sweetology's Deluxe Gingerbread House kits give every guest plenty to decorate with — and plenty of ways to make their house their own. Add royal icing, snowflake sprinkles and piping bags, and the creative possibilities keep coming. More materials, more options, more creativity, more fun.
A live host welcomes your team, then guides guests through constructing their gingerbread house, piping techniques and decorating ideas. The guidance is a starting point, not a design everyone has to copy. Go off-script, try something unexpected and make it yours — no experience needed.
Everything is room-temperature stable. Leave your kit as it arrives until unboxing on event day, then build, decorate and laugh together.

What to Prepare
All items will be provided by the host. Please have on hand: spatula or butter knife, bowls, scissors, spoons, paper towels, and a flat working surface. Gloves and toothpicks are optional but handy. You will not need to assemble the house prior to the event.

Do I need to refrigerate the kit?
No — all materials are stable at room temperature.
Do I need to assemble the house before the event?
No — your Sweetologist host will guide you through the step-by-step house building during the event.
Does the kit contain peanuts or tree nuts?
No peanuts or tree nuts are used. However, the chocolate sesame seeds and non-pareils are processed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and milk products.
Is the gingerbread house gluten free?
No — the house contains wheat and soy.
Is the kit dairy free?
The gingerbread house, icing, sprinkles, and most candy are dairy free — EXCEPT the chocolate sesame seeds and non-pareils, which contain dairy.

Shipping Policy
- →After a $500 deposit, the remaining event balance is charged automatically to the saved card 30 days before your event (or shortly after booking for events within 30 days). Kits will not ship until the balance is paid.
- →Book at least 10 days ahead. Completed shipping address form is due 10 days prior to the event.
- →Expedited shipping available at an additional cost.
- →We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
- →Every participant gets a kit shipped directly to them. Shipping to Continental US is included at no extra cost. Additional shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories for $75/person, Canada for $60/person, and International for $45/person.
- →We guarantee kits will ship by the confirmed ship-by date. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, late address submissions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- ✓Full refund — cancel 30 or more days before your event for a 100% refund.
- ↻Rescheduling — once kits have shipped we're unable to issue a refund, but we'll happily accommodate a new date and time at no charge.
